摘要
目的 :探讨白介素 -5(IL-5)、可溶性白介素 -2受体 (sIL -2R)、一氧化氮 (NO)及嗜酸粒细胞 (EOS)计数在哮喘急性发病中的意义。方法 :对急性发作期哮喘患者及正常对照者血清IL -5,sIL -2R和NO水平及EOS计数进行了研究。使用ILISA法检测血清IL -5、sIL -2R水平 ,硝酸还原酶法检测NO ,伊红酚法计数EOS。结果 :哮喘急性发作组血清IL -5、sIL -2R、NO及EOS水平均明显高于正常对照组。哮喘发作期IL -5与EOS呈显著相关。结论 :哮喘发作时血清IL -5、sIL -2R、NO及EOS水平升高 ,与哮喘发作密切相关。
Objective:To evaluate the association of EOS,IL-5,sIL-2R and NO with acute attack of asthma.Methods:The serum levels of IL-5 and sIL-2R were determined with ELISA,NO with nitric acid reductase and EOS with eosin-phenol staining in patients with acute attack of asthma and in normal subjects.Results:The serum levels of IL-5,sIL-2R and NO and EOS count were significantly higher in group of acute attack of asthma than that in control group.There was a positive relation of IL-5 with EOS in group of acute attack of asthma.Conclusion:The levels of serum IL-5,sIL-2R and NO and EOS count increase in patients with acute attack of asthma and are closely associated with the acute attack of the disease.
