摘要
为给耐盐碱小麦新品种(系)的选育提供基础材料,以及为开展耐盐小麦育种奠定基础,本研究采用0.15mol/L的Na2SO4对116份国内外春小麦品种(系)进行苗期耐盐性胁迫处理,测量了发芽势、发芽率、苗鲜重、苗高、主根长、主根数等指标,计算了相对耐盐系数和隶属函数值,对春小麦苗期耐盐性进行多样性分析。结果显示小麦苗期耐盐性状多样性较为丰富。同时,通过对隶属函数综合值聚类分析,将参试春小麦品种(系)分为耐盐性较好,中等和较差三类,筛选出苗期相对耐盐性较好的品种(系)7份。
To provide abundant wheat varieties and lay the foundation for variety breeding with salt tolerance, 116 spring wheat varieties(lines)from domestic and overseas were treated with 0. 15 mol · L^-1 Na2SO4. We measured the indices of germination energy,germination percentage,seeding wet weight, plant height,main root length and root number,and calculated the coeffi-cient of relative salt-tolerance and the membership function values. The results indicated that there were abundant diversities in spring wheat with salt tolerance. After cluster analysis for the membership function integrated values,we divided the 116 spring wheat varieties (lines) into 3 categories with good, medium and poor salt-tolerance during germination, and selected 7 spring wheat varieties(lines)with strong salt tolerance in wheat seedling.
