患者参与患者安全态度调查问卷的修订与评价

The Revision and Appraisal of the Questionnaire about the Patients' Involvement and Patients' Attitude on Safety

为修订患者参与患者安全态度调查问卷,并评价其信效度。采用在查阅文献后参考许璧瑜编制的患者参与患者安全调查问卷的基础上,随机抽取415例住院患者进行调查,通过专家评定,对问卷进行修订及信效度检测。结果显示,经过3轮专家评定后,形成25个条目的调查问卷,问卷Cronbach'S a系数为0.804,5个维度Cronbach'Sa系数为(0.605～0.830);主成分分析出5个因子,解释变异量为52.92%。验证性因素分析发现5因子模型的拟合指数为X2/df=1.911,NFI=0.774,GFI=0.91,CFI=0.875,AGFI=0.90,RMSEA=0.047。由此可知,患者参与患者安全态度调查问卷具有较好的效度和信度,该调查问卷可用于评价医疗机构患者参与患者安全水平。

Objective： to revise the questionnaire about the patients＇ attitude on safety, and evaluate its reliability and validity. Methods：After referring to literature,on the base of the questionnaire from Xu Biyu, we randomly investigate 415 cases of hos-pitalized patients. The questionnaire was to be revised and inspected by experts. A 25-item Questionnaire was formed after three rounds of expert evaluation. Cranach＇s alpha of the questionnaire was 0. 804,and five dimensionality cronbach＇s alpha were 0. 605 -0. 830;principal component analysis of five factors explained variance 52.92 %. Confirmatory factor analysis found the fitting indices of 5 factors model were X^2/df=1.911, NFI= 0.774, GFI = 0.91, CFI = 0. 875, AGFI = 0.90, RMSEA = 0. 047. The ques-tionnaire shows good reliability and validity, so it could be used to evaluate patients＇ involvement and patients＇ safety level of medical institutions.
