Determination and Analysis of Zinc Level in Serum from 2196 School-age Children in Ningxia

目的 :检测分析宁夏地区学龄儿童血清微量元素锌的含量。方法 :采用原子吸收分光光度计对宁夏地区 2 1 96名学龄儿童血清微量元素锌进行测定。结果 :被测学龄儿童血清锌含量为 75.86±2 3 .2 0 μg/dl。男童血清锌值高于女童 ( P >0 0 5) ;汉族高于其他少数民族 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ;吴忠市高于银川市和石嘴山市 (P <0 0 0 1 )。结论 :此数据对评估本地区儿童锌营养状况有参考意义。

objective:To determine and analyze the zinc level in serum of school-age children in Ningxia.Method:The serum zinc level of 2196 school-age children in Ningxia was measured by atomic absorption spectrometer.Results:The average serum zinc content of school-age children was 75.86±23.20μg/dl.The serum zinc level of Han nationality children was significantly higher than that of other nationalities children(P<0.001).The serum zinc level of Wuzhong region was significantly higher than that of Yinchuan and Shizuishan cities (P<0.001).The serum zinc level of boys was higher than girls(P>0.05) Conclusion:This data will be useful to assess the zinc nutrition status for the local school-age children.
