促性腺激素释放激素刺激诱导排卵和受孕的研究

Effect of Pulsatile Gonadotropin-releasing Hormone use on Pituitary,Ovarian Response and Pregnancy

目的 :探讨促性腺激素释放激素 (GnRH)刺激诱导排卵和受孕的临床效应。方法 :2 4例无排卵性不孕症者 ,采用周期肌注GnRH促排卵治疗 ,其中 1 5例先做GnRH垂体刺激试验。结果 :GnRH刺激试验反应正常型 1 2例 ,均有排卵 ,亢进型 2例。周期排卵率 87 50 % ( 2 1 /2 4 ) ,周期性妊娠率为 2 9 1 7% ( 7/2 4 ) ,其中 4例已足月分娩 ,2例现孕 6月 ,另 1例于孕3 8d时自然流产。结论 :GnRH具有经济、安全、方便和易于推广等优点 ,故GnRH刺激试验应作为治疗前常规筛查方法 ,是诱发排卵的有效方法。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH)on inducing ovulation.Methods:Twenty four anovulated infertile women were injected GnRH,among them 15 infertilers were performed GnRH stimulating test before inducing ovulation.Results:Twelve cases respanses with GnRH stimulating test were normal and ovulated,2 cases showed hyperreaction;ovulation rate was 87.50%(21/24),pregnancy rate 29.17%(7/24),4 cases experinced term labor,2 cases were in pregnancy over 6 months,1-case natural abortion on day 38. Conclusions:Intramuscular injection GnRH is of economical,safe,convenient and easy popularization adventages,and therefore is an effective method of inducing ovulation.
