摘要
针对传统机构实验的现状及存在的问题,指出通过虚拟与实体相结合可以提高学生实验的积极性和主动性,节约实验时间。文章以蒸汽机机构为例分析了利用Pro/E软件创建虚拟机构的过程,根据所创建的虚拟机构搭建实物模型,分别对虚拟机构和实际搭建机构进行运动参数分析,并对虚实结合实验模式的优点进行了分析。
Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems with traditional mechanism ex- periment, this paper points out that the combination of virtual and real entities in experiments can enhance students' enthusiasm and initiative and save experimental time. Pro/E software is used in this paper to create a virtual mechanism in the analysis of steamer mechanism, and according to this virtual mechanism, a real model is built and an analysis is made of kinematic parameters of both virtual and real mechanisms respec- tively, with comments on the advantages of such combination mode.
