王家岭煤矿“3·28”透水事故救援措施与分析

Rescue Measures and Analysis on“3·28”Water Inrush Accident in Wangjialing Coal Mine

通过对王家岭煤矿"3·28"透水事故救援的阐述,分析了透水事故的起因,各级领导的关怀和正确领导,救援队伍协统作战,成功救出115名矿工。在救援过程中,救护队协调组制订了搜救方案,山西省11支救护大队300余人参战,各救护队按照救援措施和分工分别行动,全力营救被困矿工。这次事故的成功营救,离不开各级领导和各界人士的支持,尤其是救护队在救援中发挥的积极作用。

This paper analyzes the causes of water inrush through the description of ＂3·28＂ accident in Wangjialing Coal Mine. 115 miners were rescued for rescue teams＇ cooperative engagement and leadership in right direction. In the process of rescue, the rescue team worked out a rescue scheme. Eleven rescue teams in Shanxi province, over three hundred people, tried their best to rescue the trapped miners and taken action separately according to the rescue measures. The successful rescue can hardly do without the support of leaders at different level and personages of all circles, especially for rescue teams who helped a lot.
