摘要
根据电动节能车车架的功能与性能要求,确定了车架的结构与材料.在UG NX 7.0中设计并建立电动节能车车架3D模型,对其进行网格划分,施加载荷和约束条件,进行有限元分析,得出车架的变形分布情况.分析结果表明,车架的结构设计和材料选择合理,其变形量在允许的范围内.
The structure and material of its frame are decided according to the requirements of the function and performance of an electric energy-saving vehicle. A 3 D model of the frame is built in UG NX 7.0. Through grid division, constraint condition, loading and the finite element analysis, the distribution of the frame deformations is obtained. The analytic results show that both the design for the frame structure and the selection of the materials are reasonable, and the deformations of the frame are within the allowable range.
