摘要 针对重载轮式车辆轮毂电机的特殊使用要求,通过对轮毂电机进行方案设计、参数计算,及其基于数字速度、电流双闭环软件控制永磁同步电机技术研究,提出了重载轮式车辆轮毂电机及其控制技术设计方法,为轮毂电机系统设计与开发提供参考. In accordance with the special requirements for its hub-motors used in a heavy wheeled vehicle, the characteristics of the motor was analyzed, its parameters were calculated, and the control method for a permanent magnet synchronous motor was studied based on the technology in digital speed and current double closed-loop software. The design methods and its control technology were put forward for the motor of the vehicle, which can provide a certain reference for the development of the hub motor system.
