494Q柴油机润滑油压力分布规律的测量与分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用柴油机台架试验方法,测量了主油道、增压器、气缸盖处润滑油压力随柴油机转速、负荷及润滑油温度的变化规律.结果表明:转速在怠速至3 200 r/min之间,各测点处润滑油压力随转速的增大而升高,转速超过3 200 r/min后,各测点处润滑油压力变化不大;相同转速下,3个测点中主油道压力最大:标定转速3 600 r/min时,随柴油机负荷及润滑油温度的升高,各测点处润滑油压力有所降低.此外,考察了传动比对柴油机各测点处润滑油压力的影响,结果表明:柴油机转速相同时,提高机油泵转速后,各测点处润滑油压力有所提高,压力最大相差约为0.1 MPa;转速超过2 900 r/min后,传动比的变化对各测点处润滑油压力变化影响不大. With the help of a test bench, the pressures of the lubricating oil are measured in the main oil gallery, supercharger and cylinder cover, and the change rule of the pressures is obtained with the speed, load and lubricating oil temperature of a diesel engine. The result shows that, when the engine speed is between the idle and 3200 r/rain, the lubricating oil pressure each measuring point increases with the increase of speed; when the speed is over 3200 r/min, the pressure change of each point is not so obvious but the highest pressure occurs in main oil gallery; when the speed is at 3600 r/min, the pressure of three points reduces because of the heavy load and the high temperature of the engine. Furthermore, the effect of the oil pump speed ratio is observed on the lubricating oil pressure. The results also show that the lubricating oil pressure increases with the increase of oil pump speed, their biggest pressure difference is about 0. 1 MPa; when the engine speed is over 2900 r/min, the change of the ratio has a small influence on the lubricating oil pressure of each point.
