孕妇孕期营养知识和态度的影响因素分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的 了解广州市孕妇孕期营养认知水平的影响因素 ,为有针对地提出干预措施提供科学依据。方法 在我院产检门诊随机抽取 347例孕龄 34周以上的初孕妇女 ,对她们进行现场问卷调查并采用方差、相关、回归等分析。结果 孕妇的孕期营养认知水平不同程度地受到孕妇及其丈夫的文化程度、职业、教育性质、工作性质、家庭形态、营养知识来源、是否参加过孕期营养知识讲座、居住地区等因素的影响。上述因素对营养知识的影响较营养态度明显。相关分析显示 ,孕期营养知识与态度有正相关关系。结论 在孕期营养知识宣教工作中 ,宣传对象不应只限于孕妇本人 ,应将宣传面扩展到孕妇的丈夫及其家庭成员。要针对不同人群的文化程度、职业、居住地区等特征 ,制订不同措施。 Objective To study the effects of different factors on pregnant women ,s knowledge and attitude to pregnant nutrition.Methods 347 pregnant women,whose embryo ,s age over 34 weeks,were interviewed with an ad hoc questionnaire in Guangdong Provincial People ,s Hospital.Results The pregnant women ,s knowledge and attitude to pregnant nutrition were affected by both their education,occupation,mode of family,resource of nutrition knowledge,pregnant training course and those of their spouses. The women ,s knowledge and attitude to pregnant nutrition from intelligent,cadre,and the people with higher education were better than those of other people. The husbands ,knowledge and attitude affected their spouses.Conclusion It ,s necessary to spread the nutrition education not only for pregnant women themselves but also for their spouses and families. The different ways of education for the different people with different education,occupation and characters are important too. Moreover,doctors and nurses must do better in nutrition education.
