摘要
在花生荚果和种子不同发育时期全长cDNA文库中,通过对规模测序和生物信息学分析,筛选出MADS-box家族的一个cDNA全长序列,命名为CEM1基因。半定量RT-PCR技术分析表明,CEM1基因仅在花生生殖器官里表达,特别是果皮里表达丰富,在幼果里有大量表达,而果针里有少量表达,在根、茎、叶里无表达,初步分析该基因可能与花生果皮发育相关。
In this study, CEM1, a cloned peanut sequence was obtained using a probe to the cDNA library of seeds and pericarp in different stages in peanut. Sequence analysis showed gene belongs to MADS-box family. Semi-quantitative PCR analysis indicated the CEM1 gene screen CEM1 mainly expressed in reproductive organs especially in pericarp and immature seeds while less expression in seed branch and no expression in root, stem and leaves. We inform that the CEM1 gene is conducted with development of peanut pericarp.
