摘要
研究了用反向毛细管电泳分离测定当归中阿魏酸含量的条件。当归饮片用热水提取 ,电泳缓冲液为 Tris-H3BO3(2 0∶ 80 mm ol/ L) ,并加入 0 .8mm ol/ L 的 CTAB作为电渗流改向剂 ,分离电压为 - 10 .0 k V,用安培检测器检测。分析结果每克当归饮片含阿魏酸 0 .415 mg,RSD2 .3 % ,回收率为 97.1%
