摘要
通过分析不同制粉方法制取的Fe-6.5Si合金粉末形貌特征,探索其对Fe-6.5Si合金磁粉芯性能的影响.结果表明:采用多角球磨机制取的Fe-6.5Si合金粉末颗粒粒度分布较均匀、多数呈类球形状.该种粉料流动性好、松装密度高,易成型,其制作的Fe-6.5Si合金粉芯磁性能较佳.
This paper experimentally studied the effects of Morphology and particle size distribution on Fe-6. 5Si alloy pow- der cores made by different processes. The result shows that the powder made by multiple-surface grinding machine is bet- ter. By this method of milling technology, particle distribution is more uniform and particle shape of powder is of ball shape. This makes the powder have a good fluidity performance and higher apparent density, which attribute to a better per- formance of Fe-6. 5Si powder soft magnetic composite
