LF炉节电技术的研究与应用

摘要 LF炉是整个炼钢生产过程中的耗电大户,降低LF炉电耗成为降低生产成本的一条重要途径.为达到这一目的,承钢炼钢厂从抓转炉出钢温度、时序管理、钢包管理、LF炉操作、设备更新等方面入手,与去年同期相比精炼供电时间缩短了2.3 min,升温幅度降低了6.9℃,吨钢电耗降低了8.25 kWh,实施节电技术创效达72万元. Ladle furnace is a big consumer of electricity in the process of Steel-making, so steel-making Plant takes decrea- sing LF power consumption as a main way to decrease production cost. To reach the aim, it has focused on molten steel temperature, process management, ladle management, LF operation and renewal of equipment and so on resulting in a drop of 2.3 minutes heating time, 6.9 ℃ increasing of temperature and 8.25 kWh per ton of steel respectively compared with the corresponding period last year. By practicing power-saving technique we can save more than 720 000 yuan.
