井下节流工艺在广安气田的应用 被引量:3

摘要 广安气田直接针阀节流需要采取加热或者加入抑制剂的方法来控制水合物的生成,但是这种方式地面生产流程投入大,建设工期长,不能满足气田高效开发和气井快速投产的要求。井下节流成功解决了这些不利因素,在广安气田成功应用了55口井,为广安气田的高效开发提供了技术支持。通过工艺改进和完善,解决了节流器橡胶抗油、防压裂砂、节流井测温测压困难等问题。 Used for Guang'an gasfield in the past,the needle-valve throttle technology required heating and adding inhibitor to control hydrate formation.But for this technology,heavy investment to surface engineering and long construction period can not meet two demands,including effective field development and rapid well commissioning.Now,another technology,downhole throttle not only can solve these problems,but also has been applied to 55 wells successfully.This downhole throttle technology provides a technical support for effective field development,and improves some problems occurring in Guang'an gasfield,such as oil proof of throttler rubber,anti fracturing sand,and difficulties in measuring temperature and pressure in throttle well.
