摘要
通过研究滤饼性质和组成,选用酸性有机螯合剂溶蚀滤饼中暂堵剂及有机物,疏通近井壁油层孔道,提高渗透率;优选缓蚀剂消除对钻具的腐蚀;优选高效油溶性暂堵剂提高完井液与储层配伍性。所研制的解堵型完井液流变性能良好,对滤饼溶蚀率达到21.9%,对储层岩心渗透率恢复率达到90.2%。该完井液在吐哈油田应用18井次,其中鲁克沁、雁木西大2块及连木沁区块应用该完井液的井初期产量较邻井分别提高了28.3%、8.42%和36.7%,说明水平井筛管完井条件下应用此完井液提高井的初期产能取得了良好效果。
Based on the properties and composition of filter cake,an acidic-organic chelating agent is selected to dissolve the temporary plugging agent and organisms in the cake,to smooth reservoir channels near sidewall,and to raise permeability.A corrosion inhibitor is optimized to remove drilling-tool corrosion.And a highly-efficient oil-soluble temporary plugging agent is optimized to increase the compatibility between completion fluid and reservoir.The plug-removal completion fluid has good rheological properties with corrosion ratio up to 21.9% and recovery rate of reservoir core permeability up to 90.2%.This fluid has been applied to Tuha oilfield for 18 times,including Keluqin,Yanmuxi Da2 and Lianmuqin blocks.Compared with adjacent wells,the initial production of these three blocks was raised by 28.3%,8.42%,and 36.7%,respectively.Therefore,under the condition of screen pipe completion of horizontal well,this completion fluid is perfectly efficient in raising initial productivity.
