摘要
知识服务模式下,编目不仅要保证基础工作的完善,也要从满足读者需求的角度寻求新的服务方式。隐性知识是在编目工作中大量存在的有价值的资源,能在编目的变革中发挥重要作用,文章探讨了编目工作在从规范控制到学科服务中的隐性知识开发策略。
Under the subject service modes,cataloguing work not only ensure that the perfection of the basis work,but also search for new service to meet the needs of the readers.As valuable resources,tacit knowledge existed in cataloguing work largely and played an important role in the change of cataloguing.This paper explored the development strategies of tacit knowledge from authority control to subject service.
