Caculating Evaluation Point of Academic Products By Number Ratio Method

为了控制管理成本,国内高校普遍采用科研量化管理,但是高校科研量化方案普遍未说明依据,需要予以明确。文献[5]提出一种科研成果量化赋分方法,但该方法存在理论基础薄弱、数据口径不一致、数据来源权威性可改进等不足,采用定序合作博弈作为文献[5]方法理论基础,并完善了数据来源。本工作价值在于给出了科研量化赋分客观依据的一种解决办法。

In order to save administrative costs,universities commonly use quantitative management to assess academic products.So how to caculating evaluation point of academic products is important.But the reason and logic of caculation method are rather arbitrary.A method is forwarded in[5],but there are some shortcomings which should be improved,and corresponding Countermeasures are given in this paper.
