摘要
目的:探讨无线平板探测器技术在实现基层医院放射科数字X线(DR)的应用价值、优势、发展以及普及前景。方法:利用柯达公司的无线平板探测器及相关技术对基层医院现有传统X线摄影系统进行技术升级,并在图像质量、技术操作、图像质量控制与后处理技术、工作效率及医院效益等方面进行分析比较。结果:无线平板探测器技术能更有效的实现基层医院放射科的DR,提高了图像质量,缩短了检查时间,加快了工作效率。结论:利用无线平板探测器技术在实现基层医院传统X线摄影数字化改造中更具优势和发展前景。
Objective: To explore the value, superiority, development and popularization of digital radiography(DR)in the primary hospital radiology with the clinical application of the wireless fiat-panel detector. Methods: The digital transformation of the primary hospital radiology by was achieved by using the wireless fiat-plat detector and related technologies of kodak DRX-1 System. The image quality was analyzed and compared. Meanwhile, the technical operations, image quality control and post-processing technology, work efficiency, the hospital economic benefits of both of the systems were explored and compared. Results:Compared to traditional X-ray equipment, tl^e new method could impose'more effective digital radiography, better image quality, shorter examination time and faster work efficiency.Conclusion: The wireless fiat-plat detector has excellent performance and development prospects in the digital transformation of the primary hospital radiology.
