Design of high-value consumable management system in hospital

目的:提高医院高值耗材的管理水平,实现高值耗材的网络化、可视化管理,达到高值耗材管理的智能化、精细化。方法:以计算机、网络技术的医院信息化建设为基础,通过对医疗管理制度等各种医疗资源的数字化整合,根据医院高值耗材的采购、请领、使用及记账流程,构建科学合理的耗材信息化平台。结果:该系统解决了高值耗材品种繁多,收费核实流程繁琐,使用与存储缺乏有效监管的多项难题,为耗材管理节约大量时间,提高了准确度。结论:该系统建立了无纸化、信息化、网络化的以患者为中心的医院耗材管理新模式,实现了高值耗材管理的统一性、规范性和实时性。

Objective： To improve the management level of hospital high-value consumables, realize the networking, visual management of high-value consumables and achieve elaborate, intelligent management of high-value consumables. Methods： Based on the computer technology and network technology of hospital information constructions, through the medical management system and other kinds of medical resources of digital integration. According to the processes of procurement, requisition and account of high-value consumables in hospital, build a scientific and reasonable consumables information platform. Results： The system can solve the problems of high-value consumables such as great varieties, cumbersome process of charge and auditing, lack of effective supervision with use and storage. It makes consumables management save large amount of time and improve the accuracy. Conclusion： We have established a new mode of consumables management with paperless, informational,networked Work and patient-centered.To achieve the unity ,normative and real-time of the high-value consumables management.
