摘要
医院门诊部是医院的“窗口单位”和重要组成部分,其建设与管理是一项复杂的系统工程。文章以服务宗旨、服务质量为内容阐述了在医院实施“窗口工程”的主要做法和取得的成果,以达到总结经验、不断提高门诊医教研和管理工作的水平。
Improving the management of ambulatory care is discussed from dimensions: ambulatory care is substantially important because most of medical care in service clients lifetime are obtained on an ambulatory basis; strengthen the structure and practice of ambulatory care so that certain kinds of services are more widely and more equitably available; improve easy and proper access to services; promote concurrence of high quality and relatively low cost; better practical methods can be devised by those who make decisions on how to raise managerial level of ambulatory care if support is provided for the development of appropriate research projects done in ways that permit translation of managerial progress into forms usable by those who serve at operational levels.
