论中原经济区建设中“三化”协调发展问题

DISCUSSION ON THE HARMONIOUS DEVELOPMENT PROBLEMS OF "THREE MORDERNIZATIONS" IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF CENTRAL PLAINS ECONOMIC REGION

中原经济区是我国经济发展中的重要组成部分,河南省是中原经济区的主体,因此,完善河南省经济发展模式,对于推进中原经济区乃至全国经济和社会发展都有举足轻重的意义。本文首先介绍了"三化"的内涵,提出了推动中原经济区"三化"协调发展的主要举措,包括:加速工业布局调整,促进企业可持续发展;推进中原城市群建设,加速城镇化步伐;以粮食核心区建设为契机,推进农业现代化发展等。

Central Plains Economic Region（CPER）has an important position in the overall situation of the country＇s development.Henan Province is the main body of CPER.Therefore,updating of Henan Province＇s economic pattern has a crucial meaning for advancing CPER and even national economic and social development.This article firstly introduced the conception of ＂Three Modernizations＂.After analysis,the article proposed the principal measures to coordinate the development of CPER＇s ＂Three Modernizations＂,including： accelerating the adjustment of the industrial distribution,encouraging sustainable growth for the enterprises;impelling the construction of CPER cities＇ group,speeding urbanization steps;carrying the development of the agricultural modernization under the construction of the core area of grain production.
