对第七届全国农民运动会男子篮球赛事组织运行模式的再审视

RETHINKING ON MEN'S BASKETBALL OPERATION MODE OF THE 7TH FARMERS SPORTS GAMES OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

第七届全国农民运动会男子篮球赛事采用了"竞赛委员会"组织运行模式,这种赛事组织模式带来了一些矛盾和问题。在分析这些问题产生的根源的基础上,本文提出了以下建议:在单项赛事筹办期,建议采用单项竞赛委员会领导下的"块状""团队运行"管理模式;在赛前准备期和竞赛期,建议在采用"竞赛委员会"组织运行模式的同时并行一种类似北京奥运会采用的"场馆运行"样式的"核心团队运行"赛事组织模式。

The ＂race committee＂ operation mode was adopted in the men＇s basketball matches of the 7th Farmers Sports Games of the People＇s Republic of China,we found the ＂race committee＂ operation mode could bring some problems.After analyzing the causes,the author proposed some suggestions： during the preparation period of single race event,the ＂block＂ ＂group operation＂ mode led by single race committee should be adopted;during the preparation period before a match and during the match period,＂race committee＂ operation mode should go in parallel with the ＂venue operation＂ style ＂core team＂ event organization mode adopted in Beijing Olympic Games.
