摘要
本文从团队及教学团队的含义入手,分析了大学英语教学团队建设的必要性,阐述了大学英语教学团队建设的基本特征,指出了新升本科院校大学英语教学团队存在的主要问题,探讨了大学英语教学团队建设的主要内容,对新升本科院校大学英语教学团队建设提供了有益借鉴。
With the connotation of team and teaching team,this paper,by analyzing the necessity and the characteristics of the construction of college English teaching team,points out the major problems and the main contents of the English teaching team in the newly upgraded undergraduate colleges and recommends feasible solutions for the construction of college English teaching team.
