纺纱时钢丝圈在钢领上位置倾侧分析

Analysis of the Traveller Inclination on the Ring in the Spinning Performance

针对钢丝圈—钢领几何形状设计、制造、使用等都需要位置倾角计算这一问题,分析了作用在钢丝圈上的力和力矩,从钢丝圈外脚下沉、外脚超前及整体前倾三方面详细论述了纺纱时钢丝圈的位置倾侧,并应用实例、采用较简单而完善的方法导出纺纱时钢丝圈在钢领上位置倾侧角χ,τ和κ的计算公式。指出:纺纱时任何椭圆型钢丝圈与钢领跑道面的接触应保持为一点,设计时可取低重心、小圈型;现有椭圆型钢丝圈参数应有包容角τ0及圈径A0M0的大小。

Inclination calculation is needed when design is done to the geometry size of the ring and the traveller. Analysis is done to the force and the moment of the force on traveller. From the sinkage of the out foot of the traveller,fore set and the integrated inclination of the traveller,details introduction is done to the inclination of the traveller in the working condition. The calculation of the inclination including the angles x,τ,κ is educed sampling the instance and using the simple and logic method. It is pointed out that contact of the traveller ellipse shaped with the ring should be one point in the spinning performance. Low barycenter and small size of the ring is recommended when design is needed. The exsist specifications of the traveller ellipse shaped should be compatible with τ0 ,A0 and M0.
