摘要 目的:探讨超声根管冲洗技术在根尖周病治疗中的价值。方法:将符合条件的80例患者(80颗患牙)随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,冲洗液均为3%过氧化氢溶液和1%次氯酸钠溶液,观察组采用超声根管冲洗术,对照组采用注射器冲洗,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组患者术后反应较轻,而对照组术后反应较重,二者差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。两组患者充填质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者3、12个月治疗成功率分别为92.50%和87.50%,明显高于对照组的80.00%和65.00%,二者差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。结论:超声根管冲洗术可以较好地清洁根管,降低术后反应发生率,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To explore the value of root canal ultrasonic irrigation in treatment of disease of periapical disease. Method: 80 patients ( 80 afflicted teeth) meeting the criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 patients in each group, and the rinse solution of both groups was 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and 1% sodium hypochlorite solution, the observation group used root canal ultra- sonic irrigation, while the control group used irrigation with syringe, and the therapeutic effects were com- pared. Result: The postoperative reactions in patients of the observation group were milder, while that of the control group were severer, and the difference was significance (P〈0.05 ). The difference in the filling qual- ity between patients of the two groups had no statistical significance ( P〉0.05 ). The therapeutic achievement ratios on the 3rd and the 12th month in patients of the observation group were 92.50% and 87.50% respec- tively, were significantly higher than those of the control group ( 80.00% and 65.00% respectively ), and the differences were significance ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion: Root canal ultrasonic irrigation can clean root ca- nal better, reduce incidence of postoperative reactions, elevate clinical therapeutic effects and is worthy of clinical generalization and application.
