门诊护理干预对糖尿病患者认知及生活质量的影响

Effects of Outpatient Care on Cognition and Quality of Life in Diabetic Patients

目的:探讨门诊护理干预在糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法:收集符合标准的患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组实施门诊护理干预,对照组实施常规护理,比较两者患者认知及生活质量。结果:入组时两组患者空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);6个月后,观察组患者空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平明显优于对照组,差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。入组时两组患者认知水平测试结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);6个月后,观察组患者认知水平测试结果明显优于对照组,差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。入组时两组患者A-DQOL各项指标评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);6个月后,观察组患者A-DQOL各项指标评分明显优于对照组,差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。结论:门诊护理干预可以改善2型糖尿病患者的健康行为,加强其自我管理,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the application value of outpatient care in diabetic patients. Meth- od ： Eighty patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomized into the test group （ n = 40） and the con- trol group （ n = 40 ）. The test group accepted outpatient care and the control group accepted routine care, and cognition and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Result： At baseline, the difference in fasting glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups was not statistically significant （P〉0. ; six months later, fasting glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. At baseline, the difference in cognition between the two groups was not statistically significant （ P〉0.05 ） ; six months later, cognition in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. At baseline, the difference in A-DQOL indexes between the two groups was not statistically significant （ P〉0.05 ） ; six months later, A-DQOL indexes in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Outpatient care can improve the health and behavior of patients with type- Ⅱ diabetes, strengthen their self-management and im- prove their quality of life, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
