摘要
本文以深圳市福彩中心的集团GPRS投注业务为例,通过对福彩GPRS集团业务的投诉处理及研究,分析问题的主要原因并进行相应的整治措施,该业务的性能得到较大的提高。这也为移动运营商开展GPRS集团业务性能优化提供一个很好的思路。
