摘要
供应链的设计在企业经营中占有至关重要的地位。研究了产品设计与供应链设计二者之间的交互性影响,在大规模定制MC背景下,借助产品模块化设计的方法给出了改进的产品结构模型的表达式,并建立以供应链总成本最小化为目标的优化模型。采用混合整数规划的方法实现了产品和供应链同步优化设计,并运用lingo对其求解。算例验证表明,该方法可以得到更优的供应链绩效。
The design of the supply chain is vital for business. This paper studied the interaction between product design and supply chain design, under the context of mass customization, gave an improved product structure model expression with product modular design, and established an optimization model which objective is minimize the total supply chain cost. Use a MIP (mixed-integer programming) to simultaneously optimize the product design and supply chain design,and use lingo to solve it. The numerical example shows that this method can get a better supply chain performance.
