足反射疗法结合局部推拿治疗增生性膝关节炎57例

Foot Reflexotherapy Combined with Tui-na on Local Acupoints in Treating 57 Cases of Proliferative Arthritis

笔者采用足反射疗法结合局部推拿治疗增生性膝关节炎57例,并设对照组23例,疗效满意,现报道如下。 一、临床资料 (一)一般资料:80例,分为两组。治疗组57例,男30例,女27例,年龄最大70岁,最小35岁,平均年龄53岁,病程最长18年,最短半年,平均5年。对照组23例,男13例,女10例,年龄最大69岁,最小36岁,平均54岁,病程最长17年,最短半年,平均4.5年。 (二)临床表现:膝关节疼痛或发僵,夜间痛甚,早晨起床或久坐后起立时疼痛。

The author treated 57 cases of proliferative arthritis with reflexotherapy in combination with tui-na on local acupoints as active group. A control group of 23 cases of the same disease was treated with tui-na therapy only. The effective rate of the active group was 96. 49% while that of the control group was 78. 26%. The result indicated the outstanding performance of reflexology in coping with the disease and better effect could be made by combing two therapies.
