摘要
分析了主要随机波动因素对生产装配线平衡问题造成的影响,针对按固定作业时间设计的电机装配线存在的产能平衡问题,在SIMIO仿真环境下构造并验证了面向对象的3D仿真模型,提出了两步式优化方案:根据ECRS原则进行了标准作业改善,减小了作业时间随机性变化幅度;利用仿真分析确定了缓存区的位置和容量。仿真优化与现场实践结果表明:该解决方案实施成本低、效果明显、易于推广使用。
The negative effects of stochastic volatility to assembly lines were analyzed. To balance the production capacity of a stochastic motor assembly line which was designed on fixed operation time, a 3D-SIMIO model was established and verified. A two-stage optimization approach was suggested: Firstly reduce the fluctuation of operation time by improving the standard operation based on ECRS rules. Secondly with SIMIO simulation decide the location and capacity of buffer areas. The simulation result and real application indicate that the optimization approach is cost-efficient and of significant improvement.
