摘要
车载终端是可以提供车辆的准确定位信息和车辆运行情况信息、接收或反馈各种实时信息、提供影音娱乐等服务功能的车辆前端设备。该研究根据认知心理学理论,通过构建用户认知模型、行动模型以及非正常模型,结合使用情境对驾驶员操作行为进行分析指导可用性测试,最终提出了车载终端的可用性评价,并对其存在的问题提出改进的方案,为车载终端产品的设计提供参考。研究结果表明,采用该方法进行的可用性测试考虑了用户使用产品的正常操作情况和非正常操作过程,适用于车载终端这类操作环境较复杂的产品。
Vehicle terminal can provide accurate positioning information of the vehicles and vehicle operation information~ receive or feedback on a variety of real-time information; provide services such as audio and video entertainment vehicle front-end equipment. The study was based on the theory of cognitive psychology,by building a user's cognitive model,action model as well as norrnormal model Combined with situational driver operation behavior analysis guidance usability testing,the final car terminal availability and its existence was put forward to improve the program,and to provide a reference for the design of the vehicle terminal products. The study results showed that the usability tests using the method takes into account the user to use the product of normal operation and abnormal operation, and is applicable to the complex operating environment,such as in-vehicle terminal products.
