摘要
由于决策环境的复杂性和不确定性,决策者往往无法给出效果测度的具体数值,而只能以区间数的形式给出,这就使得决策者无法根据传统方法进行决策。TOPSIS法对与正理想解距离更近可能与负理想解的距离也更近的这一类方案排序的结果并不能完全反映各方案的优劣性,针对此不足,提出将基于"垂面"距离的TOPSIS法-正交投影法引入到多指标智能加权区间数灰靶决策中,将靶心的概念作以拓展,以理想解――标准模式作为正靶心,以负理想解作为负靶心,构建改进的多指标智能加权区间数灰靶决策模型,以贴近度代替靶心距作为确定方案优劣排序的依据。最后将其应用于某部火炮武器采购方案选择决策中,实例结果表明,该方法具有一定的适用性、可行性。
The effect measure can hardly be defined as idiographic value but can be expressed as interval number due to the complexity and uncertainty of decision making environment,and which hinders the decision-makers from making decisions with traditional methods.When the TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the projects which near the ideal solution and may be closer to the negative ideal solution at the same time,the results can not fully reflect the superiority or inferiority of the projects.In allusion to the drawback of the TOPSIS method,the vertical projection method is proposed to be used in the multi-attribute intelligent grey target decision making with the concept of clout distance is renewed.The ideal solution,that is to say,standard mode is defined as positive clout,and the negative ideal solution is regarded as negative clout of grey target.Then,the improved multi-attribute intelligent grey target based on interval number is established and the off-target distance is replaced with relative closeness to rank the alternatives.Finally,its application to the optimization stock project selection of artillery weapon system is given and it is shown from the results that the model may be more practicable,feasible.
