摘要
通过对增加燃油发电机和改装双发电机装置2种方案的对比分析得出,后者具有明显的经济效益。对发电机安装支架进行优化设计和模态分析,改进后的支架能有效避免共振。分析了可能导致系统失效的各个环节,通过对工艺过程的严格控制,保证了改装的可靠性。
By comparing analysis of two methods (adding gasoline generators and improving double-generators), the results showed that double-generator method has superiority economic benefits. Based on the optimization design and modal analysis of gen- erator frame, the frame after improvement can effectively prevent the phenomena of resonance, and the reasons of causing system fail- ure were analyzed, the reliability of improvement will be ensured by controlling the manufacturing process.
