摘要 介绍了适用于重载条件的对称驱动剪叉液压升降平台。为了运用仿真对其结构进行简化,利用SolidEdge软件对本升降平台进行三维实体建模,再导入ADAMS软件中进行动力学分析,得到了液压缸的推力变化曲线和铰链轴的受力曲线图。通过对液压缸的推力和铰链轴的受力情况分析得知,本升降平台在重载的条件下,液压缸的推力较小,铰链轴的受力较大。通过计算铰链轴的受力,可以为结构的改进提供依据。 The paper described the symmetrical driving crossing hydraulic lifting platform for heave load. It needs to simplify its structure for easy simulation and build the three-dimensional solid model of the symmetrical driving cross hy- draulic lifting platform by using the Solid Edge software,and then be imported into ADAMS software to conduct the dynamic analysis. Finally the curves of the force which push hydraulic cylinders and the force curves of the hinge axis were gotten. By the force analysis of the hydraulic cylinders and the hinge axis, it can be gotten that the force which push hydraulic cylin- ders is small and the force of the hinge axis is big. Besides,it provides a basis to improve the structure for the future by calculating the force of the hinge axis.
