摘要
回转类零件作为制造业中的关键零件,应用非常广泛,其加工(如轴类零件的加工)精度和参数监测(如平面磨床砂轮尺寸实时监测)精度要求较高,必须通过使用高效的检测方法对回转体的参数进行精密检测,才能保证生产效率的提高。本文采用光学非接触精密测量方法,实现了对回转体零件圆度误差的快速测量与评价。该方法应用于回转体零件的生产质量检测,极大地提高了回转体圆度误差测量的检测效率、准确率和可靠性。
As the key parts of manufacturing industry, rotational parts are widely used, and the accuracy of their process ing such as shaft machining,and parameter monitoring such as real time monitoring of surface grinding wheel's size were expected much, thus this requires the existence of efficient precision measurement methods of rotary parameters to ensure pro-duction efficiency. This paper took rapid measurement and evaluation of roundness error of rotational parts, with optical non contact precision measurement, which is applied to production quality measurement of rotational parts, and will greatly improve efficiency,accuracy and reliability of error measurement of rotational parts.
