GE柴油机曲轴平衡块焊接工艺分析与研究

摘要 GE机车柴油机曲轴平衡块采用焊接方式连接。通过对GE曲轴平衡块解剖试验分析表明:GE曲轴平衡块焊接接头形式为K型对接接头;焊缝未采用全焊透形式;采用强度等级低于母材的焊接材料;采用多层多道焊和先焊中间焊缝再焊端部焊缝等焊接工艺;焊后的热处理工艺为正火处理。根据解剖试验分析结果和焊接工艺分析,进行了焊接试验,试验结果袁明,42CrMo与20。异种钢焊接接头力学性能不低于母材(20^#钢)指标,焊接质量可达到预期要求,为引进、消化、吸收GE柴油机曲轴的制造技术打下了基础。 The counterweight is connected to the crankshaft of diesel engine for GE locomotive by means of welding. Cutting inspection of the counterweight indicates that the welding processes adopted for the counterweight include K- shaped joint form, the weld is not completely penetrated, the strength of the welding materials is lower than that of the substrate material, multi - layer and multi - pass welding tech- niques are applied, the welding operation start from the middle and is then followed by end welding, nor- malizing process is used as post - weld heat treatment. Welding test is carried out based on cutting test and analysis of welding procedures, and the test results show that the mechanical properties of 42CrMo steel as dissimilar steel welding joint is no lower than that of the substrate( 20# steel) , the welding quality is up to the technical requirements, which has laid a foundation for the introduction, digestion and ab- sorption of the manufacturing technology for the crankshaft of diesel engine on GE locomotive.
