New progress and clinical application of radiological imaging in small bowel

摘要 小肠是胃肠道最长的器官,因其走行弯曲,肠管常互相重叠,传统的胃肠道内镜检查仅单纯观察消化道腔内结构,不能很好显示肠壁和腔外结构。多层螺旋CT和磁共振成像具有快速扫描和三维后处理能力,能清晰反映肠壁和肠腔外的病变。新的影像技术,如CT小肠造影、MR小肠造影具有良好的软组织对比度及三维成像能力,不仅可以观察黏膜,同时能够分析肠管周围的改变,提高了人们对小肠疾病的影像诊断。 Small intestine is the longest organ of the gastrointestinal tract. Because of its many curves and overlapping, the traditional gastrointestinal endoscopy can only simply observe the gastrointestinal cavity structure and can not show intestinal wall and extraluminal structure well. The multi-slice CT and magnetic resonance imaging provide fast scaning and three-dimensional imaging capabilities which can clearly show the pathology in intestinal wall and extra cavity. The new imaging technology such as CT enteroclysis and MR enteroclysis have good soft tissue contrast and three-dimensional imaging capabilities, which can not only observe the mucosa, but also analyze the peripheral intestinal changes to enhance diagnostic imaging of small bowel diseases.
