摘要
循环经济是生态经济的俗称,国家"十二五"规划《纲要》将园区循环化改造列为循环经济重点工程。在论述了园区循环化改造的必要性和生态经济基本特征的基础上,探索了构建工业园区产业生态化发展的新型模式,认为软环境建设不可或缺。同时,提出了创新设立专门的电子商务与综合信息平台中心的思路与建议。
Based on the discussion about the necessity of circulating fluidized transformation for industrial parks and some essential characteristics of ecological economy, this article has explored the innovative model of constructing ecological development for industrial parks, meanwhile, it has put forward some advices about establishing the specialized electronic commerce and the center of integrated information platform.
