摘要 综合分析桥式起重机的结构特点和运动状态,提出了一种利用OGRE和PhysX物理引擎作为仿真平台,并在三维立体投影系统、真实操纵装置等硬件支持的桥式起重机仿真训练系统。介绍了仿真系统的整体结构和功能,并对开发平台做了简要概述,重点分析了仿真系统所采用的关键技术并给出了仿真效果的演示。系统能够模拟真实的桥式起重机操作环境,场景效果逼真,沉浸感强。 Based on the comprehensive study of the structure features and motion state of the bridge crane, a simulation system for bridge crane is proposed,using OGRE and PhysX as the development platform and with the support of hardware systems including the three-dimensional digital projection system and the real worktable, etc. In this paper, the architecture and the function of the simulation system for bridge crane is presented, and the reason for choosing the development platform is discussed, then the paper describes the main key technologies of the system and show the rendering of the crane simulation environment. The proposed system can simulate the real operation environment, the scene is very vivid and has strong immersive.
