内省情绪智力量表的编制

The Development of Intrapersonal Emotional Intelligence Scale

根据情绪智力三维结构理论初步编制适用于成人的内省情绪智力量表,并考察其信度和效度。采用横断面调查并以随机抽样法选取18～66岁348名成人被试作为初测样本,509名成人被试作为重测样本,对量表的结构进行分析。经过初测量表的项目分析、因素分析、校标效度分析和信度分析后,形成含有41个项目的正式量表,各个条目的标准化因素载荷在0.43～0.72之间,6个因素的累积解释量为46.23%,信度分析结果显示6个分量表的α系数在0.64～0.79之间,总量表的α系数为0.92;效标效度分析结果显示量表总分与积极情感、消极情感以及总体幸福感达到极其显著的相关(r分别为0.38,-0.25,0.39,p<0.001)。表明初步编制的内省情绪智力量表有着较好的效度和信度,符合心理测量学的要求。

To develop Intrapersonal Emotional Intelligence Scale （Intra-EIS） based on three-dimension-structure theory of emotional intelligence for Chinese adults and evaluate its reliability and validity. Using random sampling method selected 348 adults and 509 adults to explorer its structure. After item analysis, factor analysis, criterion validity analysis and reliability analysis, 41 items formed the fi- rml scale. And the items＇ standardized loadings were between 0.43 and 0.72, and the percentage of variance explained was 46.23%. Reliability analysis showed that six sub-scales＇ primarily test Cronbach ct were between 0.71 and 0.81, and the total scale＇ sct was 0. 91, the secondary Cronbach ct were between 0.64 and 0.79, and the total scale＇ s was 0.92. And significant correlations were found between intrapersonal emotional intelligence and positive affect, negative affect and general well-being scale（ r =0.38, -0.25, 0.39 respectively）. The primarily developed Intrapersonal Emotional Intelligence Scale has good psychometric properties with validity and reliability.
