摘要
目的 :揭示氟砷共存时对子代微量元素的影响。 方法 :采用两代一窝繁殖实验的方法 ,测定亲代大鼠暴露于氟砷后其子代血液中微量元素的水平。 结果 :随着氟砷暴露剂量的增加血清铜 (Cu)、锌 (Zn)、硒 (Se)和锰(Mn)浓度随之降低 ,铁 (Fe)变化不明显 ;停止氟砷暴露 8周后 Cu、Zn、Se和 Mn浓度均明显增加。结论
Objective: In order to explore the effect of the fluoride arsenic exposure on the trace elements. Methods: The contents of trace elements in serum of rat's offspring were determined with the method of two generation one nest reproductive test. Results: The contents of cupper(Cu)、zinc(Zn)、selenium(Se) and manganese(Mn) in the serum were decreased when exposed doses increased, but the changes of iron(Fe) were not significant. After stopping the exposure for 8 weeks, the Cu、Zn、Se and Mn increased distinctly. Conclusion: Fluoride arsenic exposure can affect the levels of trace lements in serum of rat's offspring.
