摘要
长江上游干支流将建成一大批库容大、调节能力好的梯级水利枢纽,可发挥规模巨大的综合利用效益。为尽可能满足蓄水期间上下游对水资源的不同需求,在各水库规划设计的蓄水调度原则和方式的基础上,从达到水库设计蓄满率和尽可能提高蓄水期间下泄流量,以及统筹调配流域水资源、兼顾上下游的角度综合考虑,对长江上游梯级水库群的蓄水调度方式和调度模型进行了初步研究,提出了长江上游梯级水库群蓄水调度的建议方案。为确定上游梯级骨干水库蓄水调度模式、统筹各水库蓄泄关系,提供了切实的指导意见。
A lot of cascade reservoirs with large storage capacity and good operational ability will be constructed in the upper Yangtze River and its tributaries, which will produce significant comprehensive benefits. The operation of these reservoirs should meet the different demands on water storage of the upstream and downstream reservoirs as possible. Based on the water storage plans and operation ways of each single reservoir, from the perspectives of reaching the designing full-storage rate and increasing the discharging flow, as well as rationally dispatching the water resources of the basin and paying equal attention on both upstream and downstream, we study the water storage mode and operational models of the cascade reservoirs, and propose a solution. The solution can guide the determination of water storage modes and joint operation of the cascade reservoirs.
