摘要
根据2011~2012年在长江上游合江段采集到的273尾中华沙鳅(Botia superciliaris)样本,研究了其年龄与生长特征。结果表明:星耳石是鉴定中华沙鳅年龄的良好材料;所采集的中华沙鳅由1~5龄共5个年龄组组成,2~3龄占78.4%;体长与耳石半径呈直线相关,表达式为L=14.458R+0.434 4(R2=0.952 9,n=167);体重与体长呈幂函数关系,表达式为W=0.033 8L2.521 5(R2=0.803 4,n=273);生长规律用Von Bertalanffy方程表示,分别为Lt=16.71[1-e-0.1194(t+1.6209)],Wt=59.07[1-e-0.1194(t+1.6209)]2.5215;生长拐点年龄为6.12龄,此时体长为11.02 cm,体重为16.54 g。根据本研究,长江上游中华沙鳅处于不合理的开发状态,应控制捕捞,加强资源保护。
The age and growth of Botia superciliaris were studied based on 273 specimen collected in Hejiang section of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River from 2011 to 2012.Results showed that asteriscus was a good material for determining the age of B.superciliaris.Among the collected specimen,there were five age groups,in 1~5 years age,and most of them were in 2~3 years and accounted for 78.4% of the total sample;the relationship between the body length(L) and the asteriscus radius(R) presented linear correlation,which could be expressed as L=14.458R + 0.4344(R2=0.9529 n=167);the relationship between the body length(L) and the body weight(W) appeared power function relation,which could be expressed as W=0.0338L2.5215(R2=0.8034 n=273);the growth rule could be represented by means of Bertalanffy growth function,which was Lt=16.71[1-e-0.1194(t+1.6209)],Wt=59.07[1-e-0.1194(t+1.6209)]2.5215;the inflection point of body weight growth was 6.12 years in age and the body length was 11.02 cm and body weight was 16.54 g by that time.The conclusion can be drawn that the exploitation of B.superciliaris in the upper Yangtze River was unreasonable and actions should be strictly taken to control fishing and strengthen protection of B.superciliaris.
