摘要
目的 :观察锰染毒后大鼠体内脂质过氧化水平的改变 ,为锰的毒作用机制研究提供依据。 方法 :以氯化锰为受试物 ,雄性 Wistar大鼠为受试对象 ,测定其脏器脂质过氧化水平。 结果 :氯化锰经口饮水染毒后 ,大鼠各脏器超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)均明显下降 ,谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)亦有不同程度改变 ,而巯基 (- SH)含量仅肝脏变化较明显。 结论 :一定剂量的锰可引起大鼠体内脂质过氧化水平的改变 。
Objective: To study the lipid peroxidation of manganese chloride and the mechanism of manganese poison. Method: SOD、GSH Px、LPO and content of -SH in the tissue of the male rat given manganese chloride were determined. Result: SOD of all checked organs of the exposed groups significantly decreased (P<0.05,P<0.01). The effect also occurred in certain degrees on GSH Px. The content of -SH remarkably decreased only in liver. Conclusion: The significant effect on lipid peroxidation of male rats can be caused by manganese, and this change may be the way of manganism.
