分析燃用高含硫燃油锅炉固定管箱式空气预热器的腐蚀失效原因。针对腐蚀失效原因,换热管采用外镀搪瓷处理,采用活动管箱式结构,换热管与箱体板连接处采用迷宫密封套进行密封,提高了空气预热器的抗腐蚀能力。

The causes for corrosion failure of fixed tube box-type air preheater in boiler burning high-sulfur oil are analyzed. For these, the heat exchange pipe is enameled outside, an activity tube boxtype structure is used, and the junction of heat exchanger pipe and box plate is sealed by labyrinth seal, so the corrosion resistant capacity of air preheater is improved.
