摘要
针对工作钢管规格为φ529×8,绝热层厚度为200 mm,采用棉类绝热材料的水平安装供热管道,分析计算沿供热管道周向绝热层热导率的分布。水平安装供热管道的棉类绝热层上部热导率大,下部热导率小。提出将绝热层与钢管偏心布置(绝热层垂直上移)的方法,对偏心距进行了计算。
The heating pipeline with outer diameter of 529 mm and wall thickness of 8 mm is horizontally installed using cotton insulation matenats with thickness of 200 mm, and the distribution of thermal conductivity of circumferential insulation layer along the heating pipeline is analyzed and calculated. The thermal conductivity of the upper part of cotton insulation layer along the horizontally installed heating pipeline is high, and that of the lower part is low. An eccentric arrangement method of insulation layer and steel pipe namely vertical shift of insulation layer is proposed, and the eccentric distance is calculated.
