摘要
目的 :通过测定心可舒片中葛根素的含量 ,建立该中成药的定量分析方法。 方法 :用乙酸乙酯—丙酮—水—甲苯 (6 .5∶ 4.5∶ 1.2∶ 0 .7)为展开剂 ,在硅胶 G高效薄层板上进行分离 ,并采用双波长薄层扫描法测定了心可舒片中葛根素的含量。 结果 :心可舒片的甲醇提取液在硅胶高效薄层板上进行展开 ,葛根素能得到很好的分离 ,扫描测定葛根素的线性范围为 0 .2 15~ 1.5 0 5μg,回归方程为 Y =45 6 5 1X + 13 789,r =0 .9998,平均回收率为 99.74% ,RSD=1.36 %。 结论 :高效薄层色谱双波长扫描法快速简便 ,方法可靠 ,稳定性和重现性好 ,分离效率高 ,板间误差小 。
Objective: A HPTLC scanning method was established for the quantitative determiation of puerarin in Xinkeshu tabellae, Methods: A mixture of ethyl acetate, acetone, water and methylbenzene (6.5∶4.5∶1.2∶0.7) was used as developing solvent, dual wavelength reflection zigzag scanning was performed: λ s=270 nm,λ R=370 nm; slit width: 1.0 mm×1.0 mm; sensitivity: medium; linear parameter: Sx=3. Results: The linear range was 0.215~1.505 μg, the regression equation: Y=45 651X+13 789, r=0.999 8 ;average recovery was 99.74%,RSD=1.36% Conclusions: The suggested method was precise and accurate with reliable results.
