摘要
低温煤层气爆炸极限测试装置的研制是液化过程燃爆危险性研究的技术难点与关键问题,对煤层气液化装置的安全生产有重要意义。针对液化工艺中的低温工况,设计在低温工况下煤层气的爆炸极限测试装置,进行主要设备选型并制定试验方案,为下一步试验的顺利开展奠定了基础。
The development of test device of explosive limits of coal-bed methane at low temperature is a technical difficulty and a key problem in research on explosion hazards in liquefaction process. It has important significance for safety production of liquefaction equipment of coal-bed methane. A test device for explosive limits of coal-bed methane is designed based on low temperature condition in liquefaction process. The type selection of main equipment is performed, and the testing program is established to lay the foundation of successful completion of next testing.
